Stage by stage

Inquiry
You share the occasion, the person, the story, and the date. The studio reviews and responds to qualified inquiries within two business days.

Discovery
A private conversation, in studio or by video. We listen for history, values, place, and ambition before any sketch exists.

Proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment in writing. Third-party production is identified and quoted separately.

Agreement
A signed agreement and initial payment confirm the engagement and hold the production window.

Composition
Narrative, materials, silhouette, and interior details are resolved and presented for approval.

Creation
Designed and creatively directed by Dr. Lucas, then produced with selected atelier and specialist partners under the house's quality standards.
07
Fittings
Two to three fittings for most garments. Remote clients are supported with measurement direction, a fit garment, and video review.

Reveal
The finished work is presented with its provenance record and documentation, prepared to be carried forward.
